Loading Dock/Freight Elevators
The loading dock area (delivery entrance) is located on the north side of the building on University Street. The following rules are designed to ensure a smooth, continuous flow of material from the dock area to the Tenants in the building:
Passdowns: For the safety of our building occupants, Security needs specific information prior to scheduling a delivery or move. Please download our Passdown Request form and email a completed copy to the Property Management office. If you have any questions related to the Passdown Request form, please call the Property Management office at 206-224-1201.

Delivery Hours: A “Delivery” is any truck/van load that is deliverable to the tenant within 20 minutes of arriving at the dock, delivering the load and leaving the dock. This 20-minute time period includes elevator wait time and travel time within the building. If your load is not deliverable within 20 minutes then you must schedule the delivery and reserve the freight elevator during the times listed below as “Move Hours”. Deliveries are accepted during the following time periods:

*The freight elevator is closed for maintenance every Thursday from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m.
Although attempts are made to accommodate all deliveries, if the dock is full the loading dock staff reserves the right to refuse access and instruct a vehicle to return later.
Move Hours: A “Move” is any truckload that is not deliverable within 20 minutes of arriving at the dock. Please review our Building Moving Procedures before planning a move. The freight elevator is available during non-business hours only with the written approval of the Property Management office. Approval is also required for moves that are scheduled to take place during the weekend. Contact the Property Management office at 206-224-1201 to schedule after-hour moves for the following periods:

*Start time means arrive time on-site. Vehicles will not be given parking or access to the loading dock until the published start time.

Measurements: Make certain to note the following Loading Dock and Freight Elevator measurements:
- Maximum truck height clearance is 12’8” -or- 12’0” in two (of six) S.E. parking stalls;
- Maximum truck length is 28’0” for all six parking stalls;
- Freight elevator is 64” wide x 94” deep x 120” high;
- Freight elevator maximum load is 4,500 lbs;
- Loading dock deck height is 36”
Hand carried deliveries are permitted through the dock area.
Two- and four-wheel dollies, carts, and other types of material conveyors must be transported in the freight elevator and may not be taken in the passenger elevators. Only hand-held packages may be transported in passenger elevators during normal business hours.
When moving bulky materials, office furniture or equipment in or out of the building, please contact the Property Management office for planning assistance.
