The 1201 Third Avenue building entrance at Third Avenue and Seneca Street gives Tenants direct access to the Downtown Seattle Transit Tunnel where Metro Transit and Sound Transit Link Light Rail offers Tenants easy commuting options.  From here, all of downtown from the International District and sports arenas to the retail district and the Washington State Convention & Trade Center are a quick and easy ride away.  Sound Transit’s Link Light Rail offers easy transportation from downtown to points south, including Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.

Interstate 5 and Highway 99 entrances and exits are within a six block radius of the building.
